The role
As Emm's first Machine Learning Engineering Intern, you will optimize Emm's client and backend. Responsibilities include building evaluation pipelines to measure agent performance, harnesses for recursive self-improvement, and prompt engineering.
Interview process
- Apply via the web form. Screening is done asynchronously — most candidates pass or are rejected at this stage without additional questions.
- The next part is a 3-hour technical interview. You will watch a short video of a client meeting, communicate what you will build, and then build it. You will screenshare and collaborate with a senior engineer.
- A behavioral interview with a co-founder or advisor.
