Benchmarks

A small project. A dedicated Mac. Every recorded result.

Three issues, release builds, warm file caches. Each point shows the median of repeated launches; its vertical line shows the range. Points are ordered by source commit date. These are measurements, not automatic pass or fail judgments.

Results will appear here after the test Mac uploads a run for this selection.

What the measurements mean

Launch to window: process creation until macOS reports a visible application window. This does not prove the first pixels have been presented.

Launch to loaded project: process creation until that window exists and the app responds with the expected team and three issues. It includes startup, project loading, and the observation interval; it is not an in-app project-switch timing.

Settled memory: macOS physical footprint after the project has been responsive for ten seconds. Window dimensions, operating system, hardware, load and thermal state are included in each run. Compare results with matching conditions.

The worker compiles on the M2, waits for nominal thermal state and sustained low load, then measures one app at a time. Historical builds use the same harness; unsupported builds are recorded as gaps.
